The hotel is in a prime location, situated right on Magnificent Mile and close to all the landmarks, offering a great view of the city streets. The rooms were quite large compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Chicago, and they were good for the price even though there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke present. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with budget breakfast options and disposable tableware.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and a great location near dining and shopping options. The dining experience is good with plenty of food choices. However, some rooms are smaller, and the price may not match the value for money in all aspects.
I found the hotel to be a nice, clean, and well-located place to stay. The rooms were comfortable with a good size, and the bed was cozy. The dining options were decent, and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. However, the hotel atmosphere felt a bit lacking compared to other similar ones we've visited.
